SOTAH homes are manufactured in our modern factory using the innovative SpineLock engineering solution which is fully patened for use with our unique assembly system and is used for the fabrication of Houses, Apartments, Hotels, Nursing Homes,Schools and many other practical uses.

SOTAH products are Zero Carbon footprint constructions. This is achieved via exacting construction techniques in addition to the use of innovative Solar Power and Water Heating solutions combined with carbon under-floor heating. The " Green " theme is accompanied by water harvesting and recycling systems.

The benefits of using modern methods of construction are many and varied: shorter time scales, better quality control and lower costs. The company's innovative assembly methods makes use of a panelised interlocking casette system, which has been developed over several years R & D.

SOTAH products are ideally positioned to meet the challenges facing the Irish construction industry as well as Government obligations on carbon emissions.

SOTAH homes are manufactured in a factory setting and are then assembled on site using a unique aluminium locking system, pulling the structure together and providing a solid backbone for the 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes. Or indeed any other type of construction, hotel, apartment, nursing home, school etc.

 

The state-of -the-art-homes construction technique allows SOTAH to create zero carbon housing through our patented engineering solution in a very short timeframe ( up to 50% quicker to build than traditional construction).

To a Code Level 6 ( zero carbon), the houses are highly insulated and heated with a unique low -energy, under floor carbon heating system, providing controlled heat in each room and rapid thermal response. Roof-mounted solar panels generate both heat and power, from combined solar thermal and photovoltaic systems (PVT). This combination of insulation, controlled living conditions and renewable energy is expected to bring savings of 80% compared to a traditional new-build, offering greater financial security against rising energy bills.

SOTAH also uses a rainwater harvesting system to reduce water consumption and a petented anti-block gutter system, which, together with a maintenance-free brick and wood-grained exterior, also offer an easier life and reduced operating costs.
